OBJECTIVE
A public-sector lender needed to understand how smallholders , tenant cultivators , and commercial farmers perceived its Kisan Credit Card proposition versus cooperative loans and informal borrowing , with emphasis on awareness, eligibility confidence, and channel consideration.
WHAT WE DID
We conducted a structured survey with 720 borrowers across six states, stratified by farm size, crop cycle, and current lender. We captured message recall , product comprehension , application intent , branch usage, and preferred outreach channels.
DELIVERED
The work produced a borrower preference map , message territory framework , and channel lever matrix , showing which proposition elements resonated by farmer type, where comprehension weakened, and which branch, field-agent, or digital touchpoints deserved priority.
