A pan-India agri-services provider needed to understand how large farmers , FPO members , and custom hiring centres compared branded spraying services, local operators, and equipment dealers across awareness, credibility, booking preference, and seasonal usage.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey across six crop clusters, stratifying respondents by farm size and crop intensity, and captured unaided awareness , service consideration , price expectations, booking channels, operator trust, and preferred proof points.
DELIVERED
The study produced a service preference map , message territories , and channel levers by crop cluster, alongside competitor position profiles and a prioritized set of proof points for demonstrations, dealer engagement, and farmer outreach.
