A pan-India seed company needed to understand how retail agri-input dealers , rural stockists , and progressive farmers compared hybrid seed brands, recommended products, and responded to seasonal schemes across major cereal and vegetable markets.
WHAT WE DID
We conducted a structured survey across six agricultural states, using quotas by crop, outlet scale, and market tier to capture brand consideration , recommendation frequency , scheme awareness, product availability, and representative effectiveness.
