CONTEXT & RELEVANCE
Why run this survey now
Most harvester owners don't lose confidence purely on purchase price. They disengage due to unreliable uptime, costly maintenance, weak dealer support, fuel inefficiency, none of which fully show up in warranty records or sales dashboards.

OBJECTIVE
WHAT WE DID
DELIVERED
Tractor Dealer Choice and Brand Positioning Study (North India)
Combine Harvester Feature and Pricing Segmentation Study (India)
OBJECTIVE
A pan-India equipment brand needed to understand how small farmers , large landholders , and custom hiring operators selected tractor dealers, compared service reach , financing support, resale assurance, and local brand reputation before purchase.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey across five agricultural states, stratifying owners by farm size, tractor age, and dealership distance, while measuring dealer consideration , response speed , finance convenience, workshop trust, and recommendation behaviour.
DELIVERED
The study produced a dealer preference map , brand positioning matrix , regional channel levers , switcher profiles, and a prioritised friction list showing which dealer experiences most influenced consideration, purchase confidence, and future recommendation.
