CONTEXT & RELEVANCE
Why run this survey now
Most auto lenders don't lose applicants purely on interest rates. They lose consideration due to unclear fees, approval anxiety, dealer influence, documentation friction, and weak trust, none of which fully show up in application data or NPS.

OBJECTIVE
WHAT WE DID
DELIVERED
Dealer Finance Experience and Channel Friction Study (India)
Auto Loan Product Packaging and Pricing Exploration (India)
OBJECTIVE
A pan-India vehicle finance provider needed to understand how new-car buyers , used-car buyers , and dealer-assisted applicants experienced quotation, documentation, and follow-up across showroom-led financing journeys without directly testing lender preference.
WHAT WE DID
We conducted a structured online and CATI survey with 720 recent borrowers, stratified by vehicle type, city tier, and dealer group, capturing quote clarity , document effort , approval communication , and handover coordination .
DELIVERED
The assignment produced a dealer journey map , friction priority list , channel comparison matrix , and service recovery levers , showing where showroom processes, lender handoffs, and borrower communication required separate operational responses.
