OBJECTIVE
A pan-India private bank needed to understand how salaried professionals , first-jobbers , and mid-career employees compared salary accounts on rewards, employer linkage, service access, and bundled benefits before selecting a primary banking relationship.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 1,200 urban respondents, balanced by career stage, city tier, and current bank. The instrument captured proposition awareness , benefit salience , acquisition channels, competitive consideration, and message resonance.
DELIVERED
The engagement produced a competitive preference map , message territories , channel-specific acquisition levers, and segment-level proposition priorities, showing where salary account claims differentiated credibly and where benefits required clearer framing for each professional cohort.
