OBJECTIVE
A pan-India hospital network needed to understand how newly diagnosed patients , primary caregivers , and referring families compared specialist credentials , hospital reputation, proximity, and treatment coordination when shortlisting oncology centres across six metropolitan markets.
WHAT WE DID
We conducted a structured online survey with 720 patients and caregivers , using city, cancer-type, and diagnosis-stage quotas to capture awareness sources , referral influence, consideration sets, provider trade-offs, and reasons for excluding shortlisted centres.
DELIVERED
