A pan-India issuer wanted to understand how young salaried users , affluent professionals , and family spenders evaluated cashback, travel, and lifestyle propositions across competing cards before application, activation, and primary-card selection.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey across metros and tier-one cities, capturing consideration triggers , benefit salience , fee tolerance, issuer trust, channel influence, application intent, and trade-offs between cashback, lounge access, and merchant discounts.
DELIVERED
