CONTEXT & RELEVANCE
Why run this survey now
Most remittance providers don't lose senders purely on price. They lose them due to opaque fees, rate transparency, delayed delivery, poor recipient access, and trust gaps, none of which show up in transaction data or complaint dashboards.

OBJECTIVE
WHAT WE DID
DELIVERED
Remittance Brand Positioning and Corridor Choice Study (GCC to India)
Recipient Payout Access and Service Design Study (East Africa)
OBJECTIVE
To understand how blue-collar migrants , skilled professionals , and small business senders perceived competing remittance brands, selected transfer corridors, and responded to claims around speed, security, reach, and exchange-rate value during provider consideration.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey across three GCC markets, quota-balanced by occupation, income, transfer frequency, and corridor. The instrument captured unaided awareness , brand consideration , message resonance, fee expectations, channel use, and switching likelihood.
DELIVERED
We delivered a brand preference map , corridor positioning matrix , message territories , and channel levers , showing how distinct sender groups evaluated bank-led, app-led, and agent-led propositions without attributing commercial performance outcomes.
