OBJECTIVE
A pan-India diagnostic network wanted to understand how urban professionals , young families , and adults managing chronic risk evaluated preventive packages, competing subscriptions, test breadth, and consultation add-ons before selecting a provider.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 720 recent health-screening users across six cities, capturing package awareness , attribute importance , willingness to bundle consultations, channel discovery, provider consideration, and switching triggers by life stage.
DELIVERED
The study produced a preference map , message territories , and channel levers showing which preventive package propositions resonated by cohort, alongside a positioning framework comparing breadth, convenience, clinician access, and perceived value.
