A pan-India diagnostic network wanted to understand how young professionals , family health managers , and senior citizens compared preventive packages, weighed convenience against price, and selected between standalone labs , hospital labs , and home collection platforms .
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey with 720 recent purchasers across six cities, capturing package awareness , test relevance , price thresholds , booking channels, physician influence, home collection preference, and reasons for rejecting alternative providers.
DELIVERED
