A pan-India diagnostics network needed to understand how young professionals , family health planners , and senior households compared preventive packages, weighed test breadth , price transparency, physician endorsement, and convenience before selecting between branded laboratories and neighbourhood providers.

We ran a structured online survey with 720 recent purchasers across six cities, balancing age, household composition, and package value. The instrument captured choice triggers , price sensitivity , channel discovery, trust cues, comparison behaviour, and intended repeat purchase.
