A private-sector bank wanted to understand how salaried professionals , first-jobbers , and mid-career switchers compared salary account propositions, joining incentives, fee waivers, rewards, and employer-linked benefits when considering a new primary banking relationship.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 1,200 urban salaried customers , using monadic proposition tests, competitive choice tasks, and switching scenarios to measure offer appeal , credibility , fee sensitivity , and channel response.
DELIVERED
The study produced a proposition preference map , message territories , segment-level offer hierarchy , and channel levers , showing which benefit combinations resonated across career stages, income bands, employer types, and existing primary-bank relationships.
