A pan-India digital care provider needed to understand how young professionals , parents , and older adults compared monthly subscriptions, pay-per-consult options, hospital affiliations, and doctor availability when selecting a teleconsultation service.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey across six metros and tier-two cities, stratifying 720 respondents by household role, prior teleconsultation use, and insurance status while capturing price sensitivity , provider trust , and feature preference .
DELIVERED
The study produced a preference map for subscription attributes, a pricing corridor by user segment, differentiated message territories for access and assurance, and prioritized channel levers across app stores, employers, and insurers.
