A pan-India charging network needed to understand how daily electric scooter commuters , delivery riders , and electric car owners compared prepaid charging bundles, roaming access, and pay-per-use plans before selecting a subscription proposition.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 900 respondents across eight cities, measuring bundle appeal , price sensitivity , station coverage expectations, charging frequency, payment preference, and switching likelihood across two-wheeler and four-wheeler cohorts.
DELIVERED
The study delivered a subscription preference map , pricing corridor , segment-level bundle rankings, message territories, and channel levers, with clear distinctions between frequent commuters, occasional users, fleet-linked riders, and public-charging dependent car owners.
