A pan-India charging operator needed to understand how urban private EV drivers , ride-hailing drivers , and fleet users compared competing networks on visibility, convenience, reliability, price transparency, and overall station confidence.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey across six cities, balancing users by vehicle type, usage intensity, and network repertoire, while capturing awareness , consideration , trial , preferred locations, tariff reactions, and reasons for switching.
DELIVERED
The engagement produced a network preference map , city-level positioning framework , message territories, charger location priorities, and channel levers showing which propositions resonated with private drivers, commercial users, and multi-network customers.
