WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 720 respondents across six cities, testing monthly fee thresholds , discount depth , roaming appeal , and benefit bundles through monadic concepts, forced choice, and driver-segment comparisons.
DELIVERED
The study produced a membership preference map , pricing corridor , benefit hierarchy , and segment-specific message territories , showing which combinations resonated with high-frequency drivers, occasional users, and fleet-linked respondents across city clusters.
