A pan-India charging operator needed to understand how private EV owners , taxi drivers , and delivery fleets selected among branded networks , fuel-station chargers, and destination chargers across routine urban charging occasions.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey with 900 users across six metros, capturing awareness , trial, recent usage, station discovery, tariff perception, charger reliability, queue tolerance, payment success, and network consideration by vehicle and charging frequency.
DELIVERED
The study produced a network preference map , consideration funnel , metro-level positioning comparison, driver segment profiles, and prioritized channel levers linking station discovery, tariff communication, reliability proof, and partnership visibility to stated choice.
