A pan-India conference organiser needed to understand how enterprise sponsors , start-up partners , and service vendors compared speaking access, lead visibility, hospitality inventory, and category exclusivity when selecting sponsorship packages across national business events.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 420 sponsorship decision-makers, using package comparisons, forced trade-offs, and message tests to quantify benefit importance , budget thresholds , proof requirements , and preferred sales channels by sponsor tier.
DELIVERED
The work produced a sponsor preference map , package hierarchy , message territories , and channel levers , showing which combinations of visibility, access, and hospitality best matched each buyer segment without claiming downstream commercial impact.
