OBJECTIVE
A pan-India wealth platform needed to understand how mass affluent investors , self-directed traders , and first-time investors compared human-assisted, hybrid, and fully digital investing propositions before opening or consolidating accounts with providers.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey across six cities, balancing investor wealth and platform tenure, while capturing awareness , proposition clarity , channel preference , consideration, fee expectations, and assisted-service triggers for each segment.
DELIVERED
The study produced a proposition preference map , message territories , and channel levers , alongside segment-level consideration funnels and a prioritised friction list showing where digital-only and assisted propositions lost credibility during evaluation.
