A pan-India wealth platform needed to understand how emerging affluent investors , first-time mutual fund buyers , and self-directed traders compared human guidance, digital convenience, perceived safety, and advisory independence when choosing an investment relationship.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey across six cities, balancing age, investable assets, and experience. The instrument captured channel preference , trust cues , switching triggers, consultation barriers, proposition reactions, and willingness to combine advisor support with digital tools.
