A pan-India vehicle brand wanted to understand how small fleet operators , regional transporters and corporate fleets selected service networks, comparing authorised workshops, independent garages and mobile service partners across uptime, trust and geographic coverage.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey with 720 fleet respondents across six operating regions, capturing workshop usage , downtime tolerance , maintenance spend, parts availability, technician confidence and switching triggers by fleet size and primary vehicle category.
