WHAT WE DID
We conducted a structured online and CATI survey across eight cities, stratifying 720 respondents by income, prior secured borrowing, and channel usage while capturing message credibility , application confidence , switching intent, and preferred assistance points.
DELIVERED
The engagement produced a channel preference map , message territories , borrower-level switching indicators, and a prioritized set of channel levers showing which reassurance cues and support moments mattered across acquisition audiences.
