A pan-India insurer sought to understand how individual policyholders , family floater buyers , and employer-covered adults evaluated hospital access, brand familiarity, claim convenience, and network breadth when shortlisting health plans online.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey across six metros and eight tier-two cities, capturing network salience , distance tolerance , insurer consideration, preferred discovery channels, and trade-offs between wider hospital access and lower annual premiums.
DELIVERED
The study produced a hospital network preference map , city-tier consideration matrix , channel-specific message territories, and priority network attributes, enabling commercial teams to compare how access expectations varied across segments and geographies.
