A pan-India developer needed to understand how affluent end-users , investor-buyers , and corporate lease decision-makers compared branded residences, serviced apartments, and premium condominiums across trust, exclusivity, location, hospitality access, and ownership flexibility.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 720 respondents across six metros, applying quotas by buyer type, budget band, and purchase horizon while capturing consideration , attribute importance , message resonance , and channel influence.
DELIVERED
The study delivered a competitive preference map , buyer segment framework , message territories , and channel levers , supported by segment-level diagnostics showing which propositions mattered most for each purchase horizon and residency intention.
