A pan-India personal care brand needed to understand how skincare beginners , routine users , and premium experimenters interpreted competing expert-led and lifestyle-led propositions before developing a refreshed men's skincare communication strategy.
WHAT WE DID
We ran an online survey across six metros, structuring quotas by age, skincare maturity, and spend. The instrument captured message relevance , claim credibility , purchase intent , channel preference, and reasons for rejecting each proposition.
DELIVERED
The engagement produced a message territory map , segment preference matrix , and channel levers showing which propositions resonated by maturity and price tier, alongside a prioritised list of credibility risks requiring communication refinement.
