A pan-India digital services brand needed to understand how young professionals , students , and family users interpreted competing app store propositions, which claims built relevance, and which acquisition messages created confusion before download.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 900 smartphone users across metros and tier-two cities, capturing message clarity , feature relevance , brand distinctiveness , download consideration, and channel exposure across three proposition territories.
