An established lender needed to understand how first-time buyers , home movers , and refinancers compared banks , housing finance companies , and digital lenders on trust, affordability, service confidence, and brand relevance before shortlisting.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey across six cities with quota controls by borrower stage, income, and loan value, capturing awareness , consideration , message recall , feature preference , and reasons for selecting or rejecting each provider type.
