A pan-India financial institution needed to understand how micro manufacturers , small traders , and service enterprises compared banks, NBFCs, and fintech lenders when choosing working capital facilities, including switching triggers, trust cues, and channel preferences.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey across 900 borrowers, stratified by enterprise size, region, and lender type, capturing awareness sources , approval confidence , pricing perceptions , application abandonment, switching intent, and preferred acquisition channels.
DELIVERED
