A pan-India beverage brand needed to understand how young urban professionals , family shoppers , and fitness-oriented consumers interpreted functional drink claims, compared energy , hydration , and wellness propositions, and selected preferred purchase occasions.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 720 respondents across metros and tier-one cities, capturing claim credibility , occasion relevance , brand fit , purchase channel , and forced-choice comparisons between functional beverage propositions.
DELIVERED
The study produced a preference map , message territories , occasion-based segment framework , and channel levers , showing which proposition combinations resonated with each audience and where claim wording created hesitation or confusion.
