A pan-India retailer needed to understand how frequent buyers , deal seekers , and premium shoppers evaluated competing loyalty propositions, reward structures, and enrolment channels before refining message priorities across store, app, and web environments.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 720 recent buyers, using quotas by purchase frequency, spend band, and primary channel. The study captured proposition appeal , reward relevance , enrolment friction, retailer preference, and message credibility.
DELIVERED
We delivered a loyalty preference map , shopper segment framework , reward-feature hierarchy, message territories, and channel enrolment levers. Outputs showed where proposition preference changed by purchase frequency, spend, category breadth, and existing membership behaviour.
