A pan-India retailer needed to understand how loyalty members , marketplace shoppers and store-first buyers responded to retail media messages across sponsored search, app banners and in-store displays before refining campaign positioning.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 720 shoppers, quota-controlled by age, city tier and channel preference, capturing message recall , offer relevance , click intent, store visitation intent and perceived brand fit.
DELIVERED
The engagement produced a message preference map , segment response framework , priority creative territories and channel-specific media levers, showing which propositions worked best for each shopper cohort without attributing downstream commercial performance.
