A pan-India retail bank needed to understand how salary-account customers , self-employed users , and senior customers discovered, compared, and adopted bill payments, card controls, and recurring transfer features across digital and assisted channels.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 1,200 active customers, using quotas by age, account tenure, city tier, and transaction frequency, and measured feature awareness , trial triggers , channel influence , and switching consideration.
DELIVERED
The engagement produced a feature adoption funnel , segment preference map , channel influence matrix , and positioning territories showing where different customer groups required education, reassurance, or stronger value communication before adopting digital payment features.
