A pan-India school network needed to understand how first-time parents , transferring families , and premium-seeking households evaluated competing admission messages , campus promises , and curriculum propositions before creating regional enrolment communication plans.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured survey with 1,200 parents across metros and tier-two cities, testing message relevance , credibility , differentiation , preferred information channels, and stated shortlist behaviour by school stage and fee band.
DELIVERED
The work produced a message territory map , parent preference map , and channel levers by segment, supported by a friction list showing which claims created confusion, scepticism, or weak relevance during school comparison.
