OBJECTIVE
A pan-India operator wanted to understand how first-year undergraduates , postgraduates , and international students compared purpose-built residences , private hostels , and shared flats when considering location, safety, community, convenience, and monthly cost.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 1,200 students across eight cities, using quotas by study level and housing type. The analysis captured awareness , consideration , choice drivers , willingness to pay, and preferred discovery channels.
DELIVERED
