A pan-India provider needed to understand how working adults , parents , and older patients chose between retail clinics , teleconsultations , and hospital outpatient departments for non-emergency needs, focusing on convenience, trust, and willingness to travel.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 1,200 recent care seekers across six cities, using quotas by age, household type, and insurance status. We captured choice drivers , channel awareness , travel tolerance , and comparative message response.
DELIVERED
The study produced a care option preference map , city-level positioning framework , message territories , and channel levers . Outputs clarified which access propositions resonated by segment and where each competing care format held a perceived advantage.
