A pan-India luxury retail group needed to understand how first-time luxury buyers , brand upgraders , and repeat owners compared authorised certified outlets, specialist resellers, and independent dealers when shortlisting three-to-five-year-old premium vehicles.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 620 recent intenders across six metros, capturing seller awareness , trust cues , inspection expectations, warranty preferences, acceptable premiums, digital research sources, dealership visits, and reasons for rejecting shortlisted sellers.
DELIVERED
The study produced a seller preference map , message territories , premium tolerance bands, trust-driver priorities, and channel levers by buyer segment, enabling commercial teams to compare positioning opportunities without attributing results to sales performance.
