A pan-India insurer wanted to understand how first-time owners , experienced drivers , and multi-vehicle households compared renewal offers, weighed premium changes, interpreted add-on value, and selected between direct, agent-led, and aggregator channels.
WHAT WE DID
We conducted a structured online survey with 1,200 policyholders, balanced by vehicle type, tenure, city tier, and renewal stage, capturing price sensitivity , channel trust , add-on consideration, switching triggers, and quote-comparison behaviour.
DELIVERED
The study produced a renewal preference map , channel lever matrix , price-sensitivity bands, switching trigger hierarchy, and message territories showing which value propositions resonated across customer tenure, vehicle category, and purchase channel.
