A pan-India clinic network needed to understand how working women , new mothers , and perimenopausal women compared annual screening packages, specialist access, home sample collection, and bundled consultations when choosing between membership and pay-per-visit models.
WHAT WE DID
We ran a structured online survey with 720 respondents across six cities, balanced by age and care usage, capturing package appeal , price sensitivity , provider credibility, booking convenience, preventive intent, and preferred communication channels.
DELIVERED
The engagement produced a preference map , pricing corridor , segment-level package rankings, message territories for each life stage, and a channel lever matrix distinguishing digital acquisition, physician referral, employer partnerships, and community outreach.
