A pan-India industrial group needed to understand how experienced operators , maintenance technicians , and engineering graduates compared employers, weighed location and benefits, and selected between permanent manufacturing roles, contract work, and service-sector alternatives.
WHAT WE DID
We conducted a structured survey across six industrial corridors, using quota controls for experience, trade, age, and mobility. The instrument captured employer awareness , job-choice criteria , offer comparison behaviour, commute tolerance, pay expectations, and preferred recruitment channels.
DELIVERED
