  • 1. When can I expect to receive my order?

    Due to the various time zones the timeline for delivery may vary. However, we strive to dispatch the electronic product within two business day or sooner after the confirmation of payment. Delivery of Hard Copy generally takes 5 to 7 business days after confirmation of payment.   • 3. I have not received my electronic product yet, what should I do?

    For the successful delivery of your order please make sure that there is an adequate room in your inbox to receive large files and email account compatible with both PDF and Word document attachments. Additionally, email sent by us might have landed in spam folder. Please check the same. Still if you have not received the electronic product please drop a mail at support@kenresearch.com

  • 4. How do I purchase individual sections of a study?

    You can purchase the individual sections of the study by clicking on purchase by section tab. To locate purchase by section tab, please visit the executive summary of the research report and scroll down the page. You will come across the tab "Purchase By Section"

  • 5. If I decide to purchase the entire study after purchasing some sections of the same study, can I get a discount?

    Ken Research will only charge for the total price of the report. If in case the price which has been paid is less than the total price on the website the individual can pay the remaining amount for accessing the complete report.

  • 6. I paid more for several sections on the web than the whole study? Why is this?

    We do provide discounts for purchasing the entire study over individual sections to our prepaid clients. Buying complete report will be more cost efficient than sections. Section pricing is preferred when you have some specific requirement which may be fulfilled by buying couple of sections of the study.

  • 7. How long I can access the purchased research reports?

    You may access purchased content at anytime. You may also save the content locally or print it out as a hard copy for your personal reference

  • 8. Does Ken Research require payment before order dispatch?

    Yes, due to the nature of the product we offer, we arrange the delivery only after receiving the payment in full against the order.

    The nature of the information being sold means that Ken Research cannot accept returns of products once they have been dispatched.

  • 1. I am not able to view an executive summary, table of contents, list of figures and tables of the report?

    If in case you are not able to do so, please drop in a mail at support@kenresearch.com mentioning the title of the report that you are interested in. You would be reverted shortly.

  • 2. How do I browse Ken Research product offerings?

    Click on Categories on the home page and select the specific industry vertical / sub vertical / tag that you are looking for by simply clicking on it. We also have an option search by keyword and advance search tool option on the top of the page.   • 4. How to receive a copy of invoice?

    Please drop an e mail to accounts@kenresearch.com highlighting the name of the research report purchased.

  • 5. How do I keep up to date with the latest research in my sector?

    You may subscribe for our newsletter which will apprise you with our latest publication along with a list of upcoming publications.

  • 6. What payment methods are available?

    We offer couple of payment methods:

    Credit card: This is the quickest payment method and ensures the fastest dispatch of your order. The payment portal accepts VISA, Mastercard, Maestro card, AMEX among others.

    Wire transfer: You may ask your bank to initiate a payment through them or you may courier the cheque to our office address.

  • 7. Is tax added to the product price?

    Orders originating outside India are not subject to tax. Orders originating in India would be levied an additional service tax of 18%.

  • 8. What is the cancellation and refund policy?

    Ken Research will not accept returns of reports once dispatched due to the confidentiality of information provided in our reports. In case, a report qualify for return, we will issue a credit, minus shipping charges, of equal value to the original purchase price, toward a future purchase-no refunds. The decision about whether the product return can be accepted or not is solely at the discretion of the publisher. Any dispute will be subject to laws of India and exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi Courts.

  • 9. I have come across 3 product licenses on your website for each report. How is one different from another?

    Single User License: Access to the content will be granted to individual user(s) (“Authorized User(s)”) within the organization but should not be used by multiple users simultaneously. The Authorized User may store, display or archive the information but will not be able to print, copy and use any information in the report for circulation or citation purpose. The individual user(s) will treat the information in the report as confidential and will only use this for internal purpose.

    Hard Copy License: The license provides the access to hard copy/ printed copy of the report to the Authorized User(s). The report will be delivered to the user on the address provided during making the purchase.  The Authorized User may store, display, or archive the information but will not use any information in the report for circulation or citation purpose. The individual user(s) will treat the information in the report as confidential and will not only use this for internal purpose.

    Enterprise wide: Access to the content will be granted to multiple users within the organization. The users are authorized to store, display, duplicate, archive, print and distribute the information within the organization either electronically or in paper.  The users are not authorized to use any information in the report for citation and circulation externally. The users will treat the information in the report as confidential and will only use this for internal purpose.

  • 10. I have purchased one of the research reports from your website which is not created by Ken Research. I am not happy with the quality of the report, what should I do?

    Ken Research does not assume responsibility of our publishers research report. Though we check and authenticate the credibility of each publisher before making their reports available on our website. We will coordinate on your behalf from the publisher and try and resolve the issue with mutual consent.
